Hotel Bavaria’s individual support also includes the choice of relevant presentation- and communication equipment along with a varied and tasty choice of food and drinks.

All our rooms have good daylight. Standard technology includes a moderator’s case, a projection screen and a flip chart. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms. We provide a beamer at an additional cost. In addition, boards can be rented.

When calculating, we take into account the duration of the event and the consumption. Passenger information tasks also vary depending on the type of event and seating.
