Hotel Bavaria’s individual support also includes the choice of relevant presentation- and communication equipment along with a varied and tasty choice of food and drinks.

All our meeting rooms dispose of daylight and free high speed Wi-Fi. Our standard technical equipment includes a moderator’s case, projection screen and flipchart. A beamer can be purchased at extra charge. Alternatively or additionally pin boards can be rented.

The expenses depend on the duration of your event, number of people, seating configuration and consumption of food.
